We use the details you provide to handle your product enquiry or order request and prepare the WhatsApp handoff.

Details you submit

An order request asks for your name, phone number and requested quantity. You can also add an optional note. The request is saved so the team can review it and follow up with you about availability, delivery and the final amount.

WhatsApp and payments

After submission, the website can open WhatsApp with your request details filled in. You choose whether to send that message. WhatsApp is a separate service, and its own privacy terms apply when you use it.

We do not ask for payment card details or UPI PINs in the order request form. Payment instructions are shared manually after the order details have been confirmed.
